Need Gaming Laptop Under 70K [$1400]

I am new in this forum this is my first thread.
i want to buy an gaming laptop but my budget is around 70K INR ($1400) i don't know which laptop is fine for me i want to play HD games like COD4 , Crysis GTA IV etc.
