UE40C6005 RWXXE common interface no signal after power on

I just bought a tv in Sweden, it's the model UE40C6005 RWXXE. And i have 2 problems with it (for the moment):

1. I did the firmware upgrade(T-VAL6DEUC-1016.0) and i bought the "boxer CA" mpeg4 module.
I install the module and i have to insert it in the tv 2 or 3 times before i get it recognized. After that, all the tv channels work correctly except that if i power off and then on again, i have to reinsert the module 2-3 times until it is recognized again by the tv. I don't know if the problems is because of the new firmware because i didn't have module before.

2.The PIP option is always greyed out/disabled when in tv mode but available when in hdmi, av mode.

It's really frustrating and i'd like to know if there is any solution to this problems.
