driver help CF-29

i just picked up CF-29l4lgxbm off of fleabay.it's seem to be in decent shape,but i cant get the drivers to update..specifically the chipset and hotkeys(fn key won't work!).what am i doing wrong here?i follwed the install instructions,and still no luck.i'm starting to think the recovery cd's i got from another guy of ebay is screwing up something.



i download the drivers,go to run and execute the exe file,it does it's thing,then says i need to restart.i restart it and still nothing...even says that the driver is running off the orignal one in the device manager.



i normaly don't post because i find all the answers by searching and reading,but this time i have tried everything that i can find,and still no luck.



btw this is my second toughbook...still have my first/cf28(which wasn t near as hard to install drivers on)
