Netbook to be outside for one year

Hi

I'm still photographer; I have to put a netbook with a camera in a metal box for one year outside (a client wants to take a picture of his building every day during the whole period of construction).
I'm more worried about the computer than the camera.
I look for a strong netbook (not more than 13") in these trends (in order): HP, Samsung, Sony, Dell; for not more than 700 euros.
Do you have any ideas?
