Acer Extensa 5630G virtualization?

Virtualbox and Vmvare will not work in this machine because it is not open virtualization.Treba is open, however I can not find anywhere in BIOS.Na way on this machine opens virtualization that these programs can work.
BIOS is version 1.36.
