External Monitor

G'day,
I got my dock for my laptop the other day, and using an old LCD I have...
Christmas is coming up, and just getting a few ideas of what mummy and daddy can get me...
I'm after an LCD Monitor, preferably Dell (I have a fetish with keeping things all the same brand ) and upwards of 20" I have found two, one is on eBay and one is from Dell.
Any thoughts on the two? Which would you get?
