How long to receive Lenovo laptop at this time?

I am in Canada. I ordered a W510 on-line on Nov 26, it has been shipped out on Dec 4, but I still have not received it



Lenovo gave me a UPS shipment reference number on Dec 7, I checked UPS everyday, and got the same result - UPS is not able to find the information, blah, blah, blah........... Lenovo agent told me that this is normal and it means that my laptop is still hold by Canada Custom



Has anybody ordered a Lenovo laptop recently? How long did you receive it? Is that normal that the Canada Custom hold it that long?



This is driving me crazy I bought this laptop as a Christmas gift, do I still have hope to get it before Dec 25?
