Just bought a Z13 and needing help

Couple of questions as a new proud owner,

1) I got it with 128gb hard drive raid.
In the future can i expand it?

2) Sometimes my mouse when using the touchpad will freeze.
It has happened to me twice and not that often admittedly.
Windows/keybord was responsive just the mouse wouldn't move at all and had to reboot.
What sort of problem is this?

3) Is it possible to record audio directly from the audio card not through the microphone? If yes can please someone tell me? The soundcard doesnt give me "wave" or "what U hear" option in the sound panel like my desktop has.
