Best cooling pad for dell M4500

Hi,

I would like to get a good quality/price cooling pad for my precision m4500.
There is already a big fan on the left and it keeps irritating me since i'm left handed.
I do several gaming on my laptop and it gets pretty hot.
I don't mind the weight of the cooling pad since I will almost be using it on my home desk.
I would like the cooling pad to be not too noisy.
I would like to pay around 30$.
LED lightning and other funky visual design are not what I am looking for.

I'm looking at zalman or nzxt cryo xl cooling pad but I think they are a bit expensive...
give me some other alternatives or sell me the other two.
