XPS 1645 - Dieing, How Claim Warranty - What will happen?

G'day, my XPS 1645 with all the latest upgrades is basically dieing when Im playing computer games, I have it always with a cooling pad underneath and still it just burns up and throttles and the problem is I cant open it up and re-paste it without voiding the warranty, If I claimed the warranty



Would they give me a new gpu or just re-paste it for me..?



What other options do I have..
