Wanting to add a switch questions

Hi

I have a wireless router connected to the pc and want to put a switch in the lounge for the TV, Foxtel, PS3 and 360. I currently connect the PS3 wirelessly however I do not wan't to have to buy adapters for the tv and 360.

So my question is instead of having to run a cat5 cable from the room and out to the lounge is there a switch/hub that will connect wirelessly to the router and then I can just sit it in the lounge and run cat5 cables to the devices?
