pc share manger

i have samsung ps50c550 & windows xp sp3.
i worked with pc share manger at least half year and it's work ok. yestourday it's stop to work with massge on tv "there is no found externul device" .
first thing I rebut my pc , router and turn off my tv .nothing help .
secoundery i check my lan conection on tv and all 4 step are ok.
third i saw that in "set device policy" then isn't shown . i tried to install again "pc share manager" it's not help . all exec's in the library are alowed in the firewall . thr avg anti virus is not effect's .
some can helps ?

i contioue to tried so i turn off the firewall ant it's works .
when i turn it on it's dosen't works.
in the firewall i add 4 programs that i find in the library :
http_ss_win_pro
mtn
SAMSUNG PC Share Manager
WiselinkPro
but it dosen't help .
is someone have idea ?
