2. Was fine until it started freezing in&out of game (GSOD in-game, and freezing without a GSOD out of game) like a week ago.
3. Tried All the G73JH Problems and solutions here! and it was fine for about 2 days and I started getting GSOD's again.
4. Tried ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- FAQ G73JH FAQ Why my G73JH will have GSOD, when playing games? and it was fine for another 2-3 days. Now, I don't even get GSOD's. Whether I'm in/out of game, the screen stays the same and freezes (I still get the weird repeating noise when it freezes).
5. Now I'm here. What do I do? I read a thread about how downloading ATI 10.1 version can solve this. Is it true? Should I bring it to where I bought it (bestbuy)? Thanks!

You havn't mentioned whether or not you've actually done the vbios update. You said you tried all the solutions, but ... wow, that's a lot. That's like saying you follow ALL the commandments in the bible, not just the big 10.

well, I tried I. Creative Issue and II. GSOD (I followed each and every step of it). Also, I was wondering if putting my computer to sleep has anything to do with this problem. I reinstalled my ATI driver again, since it seems to fix the problem temporarily. But I have a feeling it's gonna start freezing again soon. Is contacting with RMA the best option? Or are there other threads that I should look into? Thanks.

1) What motherboard BIOS are you running?
2) What vBIOS version is installed?
3) What Catalyst is installed?

Hmm this is weird. For some reason I can't open up my CCC, and it just says something has stopped working. Maybe I did something wrong with reinstalling ATI driver? Is there any other way to check the version of it?
Sorry, I'm a computer noob
How do I check what kind of BIOS and vBIOS I have?

Here is a bit from my guide.... This will tell you how to check both.
STEP 1)Update Vbios. The vBios which came with your G73 are most likely not the most current. To check right click anywhere on your desktop and select "Catalyst Control Center". On the top left corner of this window select "Graphics" then "Information Center". Then select "Graphics Hardware". Look at your BIOS Version. If it doesn't say 012.020.000.032, then you should update. If does say 012.020.000.032, then go to the next step. If you are using Catalyst 11.1 or higher, you will need to scroll down to "Information", select "Hardware" and scroll down to see the BIOS version.
STEP 2) Update BIOS. You can check by booting up your laptop and hitting F2 as soon as the Asus logo appears. Once you enter the bios look at your bios version number. If it doesn't say 209, 211, or 213 you should update. 209 and 211 are the same except 211 runs the fans at higher RPMs, so it will keep your laptop cooler at the expense of slightly more fan noise. 213 is the same as 211 but supposedly fixes the keyboard lag issue. As the JH already has temperature issues, I recommend 211 or 213, especially if you live in a hot climate.

Much appreciated ValkerieFire, here is what I found:
BIOS Information
BIOS Vendor: American Megatrends
Version: G73Jh 211
VBIOS Version: 012.017.000.004.0359.A33G
EC Version: b12c180203
*As of now, if I don't put my computer to sleep (as long as I shut it off), it seems to be okay. But the fact that my CCC isn't working and such... there must be something seriously wrong with my computer :P
