sony viao sound driver is not working

i am sham .i changed my sony vpccw15fn hard disk and i installed windows 7 on it.i got all other drivers working except sound driver .when i install sound driver i get a message "this update can only work on windows 7"

If the sony did not come with Windows 7 on it originally, you should have checked the Sony website before upgrading the OS to make sure all the Windows 7 drivers were available.
